Conservation Area consultation report
This Report deals with the mechanisms of control of change available to the local planning authority in exercising its statutory town planning functions in respect of Conservation Areas. The Report recommends that an enhancement scheme be prepared for the Geddington Conservation Area. The Report also recognises that Geddington has, in its history, a place of national significance in the context of conservation. It is a very, very comprehensive 75 page document
