Residents across Geddington will once again be opening their driveways, gardens and garages for the return of the popular Great Geddington Garage Sale on Saturday 23rd May 2026.

Running from 9am until 1pm, the village-wide event gives local people the chance to declutter, sell unwanted items and hunt for bargains around the village.

From old clothes and children’s toys to plants, books, household items and hidden treasures, shoppers can expect a wide variety of stalls taking part throughout the parish.

Anyone wishing to host a stall can do so from their own home — or a friend’s house — and can have their location included on the official event map for a £5 donation.

To register a stall, organisers ask residents to place the £5 donation in an envelope along with:

• Name
• Stall address
• Contact number

These should be delivered to:

1 Lees Way, Geddington

Stalls must be booked by Sunday 17th May.

Maps will be available on the day for £1 from the church or the GVFB stall.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy refreshments, including BBQ food, teas, coffees and cakes, with toilets available at St Mary Magdalene Church.

The event is organised by Friends of the Church of St Mary Magdalene.
