The GVFB will be hosting their annual “Squirt” on Boxing Day – Thursday 26th December.

Come see the GVFB battle against the real heroes of the Northants Fire & Rescue Service.

Join in from about 11:15 at the Cross, to see them parade into the village. The Guest of Honour will inspect our brave firefighters who will then will entertain you (briefly) with their best attempt at singing.

Then it’s on to the bridge where battle will commence!

The Star Inn and the Cricket Club will all be open throughout the day for drinks and food will be available in front of the Cross
