In a history spanning more than 1,000 years, the very stones of Geddington Church bear witness to the impact of events that have shaped our nation.

Kings and Queens have worshipped here; Lords, Abbots and larger-than-life Priests have guided its fortunes; great architects, medieval monks and unknown masons have formed its features; and countless people of all degrees have been baptised, wedded, and mourned within its walls.

John Bennett will take you on a journey through centuries of change, introduce some fascinating characters who left their mark here, highlight things you may not have realised before, and perhaps solve a mystery that has long puzzled historians. Oh, and there’s a couple of murders too!
