– is pleased to announce that, to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the village’s organisations have come together to create a week of activities and events!
We are busy putting together a programme of celebration that will include the GVFB Senior Citizen Dinner, a Family Open Day at the Brickyard Garden, competitions, challenges and much, much more – culminating in a Big Picnic & Village fete on the Sunday!
We want to publish all details soon, so let us know if you or your organisation want to be involved and we’ll include your event in our advertising and promotion.
PLUS, if your street is organising a Street Party on the Saturday (and we know that some are already), then please let us know. We are here to help wherever we can.
