At 3.27am on Friday 8th May
Mr Philip Hollobone was returned as
Member of Parliament for Kettering.
In his speech, Mr Hollobone said: ” I’m delighted to be given the honour of serving Kettering for another five years. I’ll do my best to represent everyone. My job is to make sure the voice of Kettering is heard in Parliament.” He also thanked Mr Cook and his team for their hard work during the past few weeks.
UKIP’s Jonathan Bullock said of his result: “It was a fantastic result coming from a standing start and gives us something to build on. I would like to thank my team for all their hard work over the last six weeks.”

The Parish Councillor for Newton, David Watson, is returned uncontested.
There were no candidates nominated for Little Oakley.
